Almost to the top. This picture captures the beauty the sand dunes have in the late sun. We aren't that far from the top but the adults were slowing down and we stopped on a ridge facing the rest of the sand sea. 

This is a picture of Luca ( age 7), Molly (age 5), dad, and I climbing up the dunes. Dad got tired and had to sit and not surprisingly Molly and Luca have so much energy it seemed like the could run up. Since the sand was very steep you had to literally crawl up.
